When this add-on is purchased you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the following services: • Live Instructor Help Desk: Direct access to an in-house insurance expert and instructor to answer your questions about course content or the insurance licensing process. Our live instructor help desk is available to you from 8:30am to 4:30pm CST by phone and email (voicemail and email responded to within 24 business hours). Valid for 30 days from the date of enrollment. • Licensing Exam Prep Webcast: Access live web-casts offering guidance on test taking strategies, guidance on examination procedures and supplemental materials to help you pass your exam. Valid for 30 days from the date of enrollment. • Licensing Exam Remediation: If you are unsuccessful in your first attempt at passing the state exam, send your test results to the instructor. Your results will be analyzed and a personalized remediation plan will be delivered to you (by email) to guide you on which areas to study up on and get back on track to pass your exam.
